Welcome to Felora Bridals, an e-commerce platform supplying made-to-order bridal gowns. By purchasing a Felora Bridals gown, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Terms of Purchase

  1. Made-to-Order Gowns
    • Each gown is crafted to a standard size (XS–3XL). Sizing charts are available to assist you in selecting the best fit.
    • Production and delivery period: Approximately 60 days from the order date.
    • Brides are advised to place their orders at least 4 months before their wedding date to account for production, delivery, and potential alterations.
  2. No Customisation or Alteration Services
    • Gowns are made to standard sizes without custom measurements or alterations.
    • A small margin is included to accommodate adjustments by your local seamstress, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

  1. Damaged Items
    • Felora Bridals thoroughly inspects each gown twice before dispatch. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged gown:
      • Contact our Customer Service team at info@felorathebridalstore.com.au within 7 days of receiving the gown.
      • Provide photographic evidence of the damage.
      • Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days (AU/NZ) or 21 days (India).
      • Return shipping costs for damaged items will be reimbursed.
  2. Non-Damaged Gowns
    • Refunds or returns are not available for sizing issues, change of mind, or other reasons unrelated to manufacturing defects.
  3. Eligibility for Return
    • The gown must be returned in its original condition, free of stains, alterations, and damage, with all tags intact.
    • If the returned gown does not meet these conditions, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Order Cancellations

  1. Cancellation Fees
    • Orders canceled within 5 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
    • Orders cancelled between 7-15 days from purchase are subject to a $300 AUD cancellation fee.
    • No cancellations or refunds are available 16 days after purchase.

Alterations

  1. Customer Responsibility
    • All alteration costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    • Felora Bridals is not liable for any changes made to the gown by a third-party seamstress.
  2. Fit Concerns
    • If you encounter fit issues upon receiving your gown, contact our Customer Service team within 7 days. We will provide guidance and advice for third-party alterations but cannot reimburse alteration costs.

Delivery Timeframes

  1. Shipping Destinations
    • Felora Bridals ships to Australia, New Zealand, and India.
    • Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
      • Australia/New Zealand: 7–15 business days.
      • India: 10–15 business days.
    • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
  2. Customs and Duties
    • Customers in New Zealand and India are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their region.

Pricing

  1. Currency and Taxes
    • All prices are in AUD and include GST for Australian customers.
    • Customers outside of Australia may incur additional transaction fees or conversion charges based on their payment provider’s policies.
  2. Payment Methods
    • Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Afterpay (Australia only).

Liability

  1. Felora Bridals, including its directors, employees, and affiliates, is not liable for any loss or damage incurred due to:
    • Late deliveries caused by courier delays or customs clearance.
    • Alterations made to the gown after delivery.
    • Use of the website or any errors in the information provided.
  2. All gowns are inspected for quality before dispatch, and Felora Bridals reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if gowns are returned in a condition inconsistent with our terms.

Order Acceptance Policy

  1. Felora Bridals reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Order confirmation does not constitute a binding agreement.
  2. All products sold are intended for personal use only. Resale or commercial use of our gowns is prohibited.
