Made to Order Standard

• Your wedding date must be at least 6 months away to order a Made to Order Standard gown.
• You will need to order 5 months before your wedding date, as this is when your gown will go into production.
• Your gown will be dispatched approximately 6-8 weeks before your wedding date.

Priority Made to Order

• If your wedding is between 10 weeks and 5 months away, certain styles can be fast-tracked through production for an additional priority fee of $500 AUD (incl. GST).
• Your measurements must be provided at the time of purchase to ensure we meet the delivery deadline.

Your gown will be dispatched approximately 2-4 weeks before your wedding date.

Made to Order (Standard)
Our Made to Order Standard gowns are made specifically for you once you place your order. Each gown is crafted in a standard size with a shoulder-to-floor length of 155cm, and production and delivery take approximately 2 months. To ensure you receive your gown with time for any necessary adjustments, we recommend placing your order at least 5-6 months before your wedding date.

While we don’t offer customisation or alterations, our gowns are designed for straightforward adjustments by a local seamstress if desired.

Ready to Wear
For brides seeking immediate delivery, our Ready to Wear gowns are available for purchase in standard sizes with a 155cm shoulder-to-floor height. 

Understanding Size Range
To provide an accurate fit, our dresses are made to follow a size range that includes a 5cm allowance across key body areas like bust, waist, and hips. This sizing approach, combined with our high-quality, flexible fabrics, ensures a comfortable and flattering fit for different body shapes without customization.

Dispatch Timeframes

• Made to Order Gowns: All Felora Bridals gowns are crafted specifically for you once your order is placed. Gowns will be dispatched approximately 6-8 weeks after the order confirmation. For the best experience, we recommend placing your order at least 5-6 months before your wedding date to ensure ample time for delivery and any desired alterations by a local seamstress.
• Accessories: Any accessories, occasionwear, and jewellery ordered with your gown will ship together with the dress. If ordered separately, these items are typically dispatched within 3-5 working days.

Shipping Timeframes

• Australia, New Zealand, and India: Orders shipped to these regions typically arrive within 3-10 business days, depending on the location. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information to monitor its progress.
• Other International Destinations: For other international destinations, shipping generally takes 3-14 business days, depending on location, through reliable carriers like UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined based on your delivery location and will be calculated at checkout.

Currency, Duties & Taxes
Please be aware that import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. We suggest checking with your local customs office for an estimated cost.

At Felora Bridals, we take great pride in the quality of our gowns. Please be aware that refunds are only offered in the case of a genuine manufacturing defect.

Quality Control
Upon receipt of your gown, it will undergo a thorough quality control check. If there is a defect that qualifies for a refund, we will notify you of your options after the assessment. In cases where an item does not pass our quality control checks, we will return it to you and will not offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only provided if the gown has a major manufacturing fault, determined by our Quality Control team after a detailed assessment. Minor issues or defects that do not affect the wearability or overall quality of the gown will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Postage
If you are eligible for a refund due to a manufacturing defect, the return postage will be covered by us. However, for change of mind or other non-defective reasons, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Timeframe for Fault Reporting
We must be notified of any defects within 7 days of receiving your gown. If a return is required, items must be returned to us within 14 days if you are located in Australia, or 21 days for international customers.
